Nurturing Belonging and Community

This summer, step into a gentle, empowering, trauma-informed retreat designed to reconnect you to yourself and to a community that feels like home.

Jeannie O’Neill of Yoga Farm Ithaca’s Kundalini Summer Camp brings a grounded, compassionate approach to Kundalini practices—honoring your nervous system, your pace, and your story. Through accessible movement, breathwork, meditation, and nature-based healing, you’ll rediscover ease, resilience, and inner belonging. This is an experience where you are met with deep care, where your body leads the way, and where community becomes a source of nourishment and joy.

  • Trauma-informed and accessible Kundalini yoga and meditation

  • Gentle somatic practices to release tension and restore balance

  • Breathwork for clarity and emotional ease

  • Restorative sessions that replenish your energy

  • Playful, joyful moments, because healing can be silly, too

  • Heart-opening community gatherings

Whether you’re new to Kundalini or a seasoned practitioner, this retreat welcomes your whole self. Leave with a calmer and more resilient nervous system, a sense of belonging that stays with you, and renewed vitality and inspiration.

ABOUT Kripalu

As an educational nonprofit, Kripalu teaches skills for optimal living through experiential education for the whole person; body, mind, and spirit.

Kripalu means compassion. The practices and teachings offered at Kripalu are rooted in the wisdom tradition of yoga as taught by Swami Kripalu, the namesake of our retreat center. Compassion is where our approach begins.

For five decades, the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health has been a leader in yoga- and mindfulness-based education. More than just poses on a mat, they believe yoga is an accessible practice that inspires connection, compassion, and joy.

Like yoga itself, Kripalu is something much more than its physical manifestation. It is a way of life—a powerful source of transformative wisdom and practice for communities.

Inspired By Yoga. Made with Love.

Every meal at Kripalu is prepared by people who care deeply about the health of the planet and our bodies.

Quality. We begin with the most nutritious, least processed, freshest foods—local, seasonal, organic, and delicious.
Intention. Kripalu foods were meant to be eaten mindfully—each mouthful is to be savored.
Nourishment. Eating healthy is healing and nourishing for the body, mind, and spirit.
Love. Our food choices affect our relationships with the planet and with our fellow human beings. It’s all love, and it’s all yoga.

Student Reviews

The Yoga Farm retreat I went on was a life changing experience. I felt loved, accepted, cared for, and inspired the entire time. For me, it was the culmination of years of practice in self-healing, awareness and growth. It was a time and place which gave me the space to explore that growth in a loving, supportive, safe and BEAUTIFUL environment.  It cultivated and inspired the motivation I needed in order to make significant life changes. The lessons I learned there helped to guide me on my path towards chasing my joy and trusting my deepest intuitions. Yoga Farm is a family and community unlike any other. I cannot wait for the next retreat!

  • Heather G

On my retreat with YFI, everything that I needed to support my journey of healing and growth was available: delicious, nourishing meals, wise and generous teachers and compassionate community. I gained clarity of purpose and am now able to embrace ALL of who I am and the incredible opportunities that await.

What I learned on retreat with Yoga Farm

Chanting is now an act of time travel.
A space I re-enter any time I'm in need.
Where I feel each of you in my bones, in my cells, in my soul.
You inspire laughter and tears and remind me of the full spectrum of this existence.
And I remember all the pieces that make me whole.
The pieces that were reflected back to me, gifted to me.
And I return home.
