If you are registered for one of our teacher trainings - we include unlimited daily yoga & meditation and office hours with the instructor(s) in your program. This is different than our YFI Subscribing Membership.

Inside The Membership

Monthly Workshops curated just for our YFI Members:

AYURVEDIC COACHING GROUPS

Ayurveda is One size fits One. In these group sessions we can look at things together, like your environment, life stage, eating habits, and choice of movement, and work to  identify what will bring you into greater wellbeing. 

MONTHLY KUNDALINI WORKSHOPS

Take part in a specifically chosen, focused Kundalini workshop relating to the seasons, moon cycles or current events.

MEDITATION & CREATIVE EXERCISES

Meditation & creative exercises for healing & connection.

MONTHLY TAROT FORECAST

Tune in the last Sunday of each month for a ‘what’s coming up’ general forecast reading along with individual card pulls for a handful of members each session.

YFI BOOKCLUB

Each month we will read a common book and come together for an evening of discussion and connection.
