In-Person Retreats
Yoga Farm Ithaca’s in-person retreats offer an opportunity to step away from daily routines and reconnect with yourself in a supportive, grounded environment.
Our retreats weave together yoga, meditation, ritual, and time in nature, with an emphasis on choice, rest, and embodied presence. Experiences are guided by trauma-aware educators who prioritize accessibility, nervous-system awareness, and community care.
Rather than asking you to become someone else, these retreats invite space — space to listen, reflect, and engage at a pace that feels supportive. Participation is always optional, and practices are offered with flexibility and respect for individual needs.
What Makes Our Retreats Different
Yoga Farm Ithaca retreats are designed with care, consent, and community at the center. We do not approach retreat as an escape or an intensity-driven experience, but as a supportive container for rest, reflection, and gentle exploration.
Our facilitators use trauma-aware, choice-based language and offer practices with options, allowing participants to engage in ways that feel respectful of their bodies, boundaries, and lived experience. Time is intentionally built in for rest, integration, and personal space.
Retreat locations are chosen for their natural beauty and capacity to support grounding and connection, while group experiences emphasize inclusion, shared humanity, and mutual respect — not hierarchy or performance.
Whether this is your first retreat or you’ve attended many, you’re welcome to arrive exactly as you are.
NURTURING BELONGING AND COMMUNITY
This summer, step into a gentle, empowering, trauma-informed retreat designed to reconnect you to yourself and to a community that feels like home.
Jeannie O’Neill of Yoga Farm Ithaca’s Kundalini Summer Camp brings a grounded, compassionate approach to Kundalini practices—honoring your nervous system, your pace, and your story. Through accessible movement, breathwork, meditation, and nature-based healing, you’ll rediscover ease, resilience, and inner belonging. This is an experience where you are met with deep care, where your body leads the way, and where community becomes a source of nourishment and joy.
