We offer all new students their first class for free! Whether you are a practiced yogi or you've never been on the mat before, we have weekly offerings of 20+ classes at a variety of styles, levels, and intensities. If you would like guidance in finding the right class for you, please contact us!

IN OUR NEW 10-WEEK RADIANT WARRIOR YOGA COURSE, YOU WILL LEARN TO DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN VIBRANT PHYSICAL HEALTH, A CLEAR, CALM MIND AND WILL RECEIVE EMPOWERING LESSONS TO GUIDE YOUR INTENTIONAL DAY.
This course is for everyone - beginners as well as those with yoga experience. We'll teach a moderate hatha yoga set that everyone can do, energizing breathwork and healing meditations. And, we'll show you ways to practice these mindfulness practices at home - in as little as 5 minutes a day!
Radiance Course is a 12-week self-discovery program designed to catalyze deep inner healing, growth, and a life of fulfillment.
12 Weekly Classrooms:
Mondays: 7-9pm (in-person, starting Oct 1)
Tuesdays: 6:30-8pm (online, starting Oct 2)
Daily: Radiant Living Daily Quests
Tuition: ‘Offer what is honest & in integrity’
This three-month offering is extended to those with chronic illnesses, full-time caregivers, and those with depression, anxiety, and other physical and mental health challenges that may pose financial barriers to paying the full membership rate.
This 200 hour YTT starts in September. Our yoga teacher certification training encompasses two simultaneous journeys: Your inner, personal journey (you merge with your yoga, becoming grounded and centered and present); and your outer journey (you learn to teach, allowing your gifts to be shared with the world).
