Journey Into Deep Stillness
Thursdays 6:30 TO 8:30 PM -
October 23 - November 20, 2025

Are you ready to deepen your awareness and reconnect with the profound stillness within?
Join Lynn Fraser for an immersive, 5-week course that integrates mindfulness, somatic inquiry, and nervous system regulation to help you come out of the shallows of life and uncover the deep peace that is always here.
Strengthen your ability to meet life with presence and compassion. Inner safety is the foundation for true transformation.
The brain and body are affected by trauma and experience pain, illness, hypervigilance, and dysregulation. Joy and stillness are the true nature of our mind and are always present under the disturbances of life.
Healing happens in awareness that we are safe here in the present moment. As we understand, regulate and heal our nervous system, we access deeper layers of stillness and peace.
Common obstacles to experiencing stillness in meditation include catastrophic thoughts, fear, dysregulation, an inner critic, anxiety, fatigue, and burdens of daily life. As we settle disturbances in our mind, we realize the joy and light that is our True Nature.
Acceptance of suffering as a natural part of life becomes a source of peace. We practice flowing with life, experiencing inner safety even in times of fear and uncertainty. Knowing and understanding ourselves makes us stronger.
