5 Weeks Starting August 18th
A guided 5-week immersion—a slow and sacred unfolding into the heart of Reiki, Kundalini meditations, sacred mantra, and celestial communication.
“Infinite Source” – the boundless, universal life force energy we attune to in Reiki and spiritual practice
“Sacred Presence” – the stillness, devotion, and awareness cultivated through mantra, meditation, and universal life force energy.
We’ll gather in sacred circle each week to explore the art of Reiki healing while awakening the voice, intuition, and presence through sound and subtle energy practices.
You’ll receive your Usui Reiki Level I attunement, and learn to offer healing to yourself and others through touch, intention, and the energetic field of love.
This is a space for rest, reclamation, and remembering your inner healer.

Through the traditional teachings of Usui Reiki, combined with Kundalini-inspired meditations, mantra, and celestial communication, you’ll have space to:
Tune into your intuitive healing gifts
Attune to the subtle language of energy
Practice self-Reiki and offer healing to others
Incorporate this practice into your existing practice
Open your voice as a tool for spiritual transmission
Live in alignment with sacred presence

Mondays 6-8 PM EST August 18th - September 15th - Live class
Thursdays 7-8 PM EST August 21st - September 18th - Practice sessions

Office hours on Sundays at 10 a.m. EST
All live events are videotaped. If you miss a class you can watch a replay, and write a then review them as often as you like.
FAQ
Q: Do I need prior experience with Reiki or meditation?
A: No experience is needed—just an open heart and willingness to receive.
Q: What if I can’t attend live?
A: Recordings poster within 72 hours.
Attending live classes is recommended as attunements will be given.
If class is missed, students will be responsible for submitting a review.
Q: Will I be certified?
A: Yes, you’ll receive a Reiki Level I Certificate in the Usui lineage, enabling you to practice on yourself and others.

As a Reiki Practitioner and Kundalini Reiki Master, her passion lies within ‘The Yoga of Awareness’, Kundalini Yoga and the 10 Bodies. She combines these practices of presence as avenues to heal deep layers of the body, mind and being. She leads from the belief that everything you need is within you. Through these practices we learn and unlearn, we embrace our uniqueness and truly embody the essence of who it is that we are, and how to use our energy to live our dharma | path. Understanding the love and courage that it takes to find one’s way she is devoted to holding space for others. We feel and fuel our dreams through our presence in practice, learning to trust our intuition, tap into our truth and lead a fulfilling life of authentically.
