Transformation & Renewal Rebirthing

Saturday, November 22nd 3-4:30p EST

“For it is in giving that we receive,
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.”

An invitation to balance, renewal, and transformation, we gather for a deeply healing Kundalini Rebirthing Practice. Rebirthing is designed to release you from energetic stagnation, clear old and no longer relevant emotional patterns, and reconnect you with your soul’s true essence (your Sat Nam).

Rebirthing is not just a practice, it’s hitting the reset button on your life.

Through breath, movement, and mantra, you can shed layers of the past and step fully into who you really are, with the empowered grace to remember what you represent.
This special event is a fundraiser to help us outfit our new building with flooring and painting and paving (oh my!)! \. With your support, we’ll create a sacred space where this kind of deep healing and inner work can continue to flourish long-term. A space where you can visit and connect with each other. A space that serves the local and greater community and physically represents our mission and vision.

JEANNIE O'NEILL

Jeannie on her experience studying kundalini yoga in the us.

  • I, like most Kundalini yoga teachers in the US, trained in Kundalini Research Institute programs. As I received this teachings, I really struggled with the teaching methodology in typical kundalini training.

The ‘Guru worship’ and the authoritarian approach did not resonate with me, as I had previously been trained by Bessel van der Kolk in trauma informed teaching, and yoga.

The many teachers that I trained with were all wonderful and very informative. They were however, bound by requirements that teachers of that lineage, teach in a very specific way.

In our training, we have taken a fresh, new, feminine and non-dogmatic approach.
