Come Home to Your Body is ideal for students of all ages, abilities, shapes, and sizes who are ready to learn yoga, meditation and mindfulness techniques that they can then practice from the comfort of their own home.

Daniela and Christopher ran this course for 2 years at Yoga Farm, serving many hundreds of newcomers to yoga and Yoga Farm.

This is the PERFECT entry into yoga, qigong, breathwork and meditation. Absolutely no experience or level of fitness necessary.

This uplifting, interactive course runs for three Sundays, 11:45-1pm, then will have a two week break, then will return for the second half, three more classes.

We highly recommend joining for the entire 6 weeks, and it is equally OK to join only for only the first or second 3 week sections.

All are truly welcome! You'll receive 'a taste' of practices and practical wisdom that bring to life the ‘3 Essential Life-Keys of Connection, Fulfillment and Awe.’

Daniela will Guide you with a Life Skill and inspiring teaching point each week, that you’ll be invited to live and practice during the week

Christopher will Guide you through an energizing and healing movement and meditation sequence so you can integrate your life experiences in the real-time container of your precious body.

Throughout, you’ll find a new level of comfort and kindness in your own body; you’ll discover how to greet your own body with deep Gratefulness and reverence - Your body that has carried you your entire life thus far. It has broken and mended for you, given and received love for you, and experienced many aspects of life, with You.
