This course will incorporate breathwork and poses from the practices and systems of Kundalini yoga.

Weekly Radiant Warrior Yoga Course meets Mondays at 5:30-6:45pm or Wednesdays at 10-11:30am - please register for the section you’ll primarily attend.
You may be able to attend the other as a makeup or additional class depending on enrollment.

These courses are the ‘practice’ side of our Radiant Living Curriculum, and is designed to accompany the ‘educational’ Radiance Course that follows on Monday evenings 7-9pm. We highly recommend taking both of these courses together or sequentially.
Radiant Warrior Yoga 1: CENTER
”get centered, live calmly”
In the first course of the series, running now, Christopher teaches a moderate Qigong and hatha yoga set that everyone can do, purifying breathwork to energize the body or calm the mind (or both!), and instinctive meditations to connect you to your inner calm.
Radiant Warrior Yoga 1 teaches all aspects of the path of yoga as taught in the yoga sutras in a very practical way. And, we'll show you flexible ways to practice these effective techniques at home - in as little as 5 minutes a day!
This course will likely be offered again in the New Year.
The focus of this course is to open, stretch, and strengthen the entire body, in as little as a half hour a day. We have selected poses that most people can practice, regardless of age or fitness, and teach them mindfully so they can be practiced safely in the studio or at home with confidence and ease.

About Intuitive Meditation:
We approach teaching meditation, by dispelling and debunking myths about meditation, that have incorrectly taught that meditation is about stopping the thoughts.
Everyone can meditate. We have taught hundreds of people how to experience the joy and freedom of meditation, gently and in a lighthearted way. Mindfulness practices and intuitive meditations are key tools for supporting a healthy mind.
The mind, when rested, abides in it's inherent Goodness.
About Radiant Warrior Breathwork:
You will learn a series of purifying breathwork exercises which clear physical and emotional obstructions in the body. This frees the breath to enhance the flow of life energy.
Through regular and sustained practice of the Radiant Warrior breathwork you can infuse your body with vitality, your life with enthusiasm and your mind with joy.
