This Radiant Warrior Yoga Course: ‘Energize’, will be led by Jeannie. This course has a similar format to our previous courses. Each class in this 10-week course will have physical movement, weekly lessons and discussion in class on practical applications of the wisdom in the lessons. We learn with and from each other.

If you are in the current ‘Energize’ course, this one will continue to expand your practice and bring in new techniques. If you haven’t taken any Radiant Warrior Courses before - no problem! No prior experience is needed.

  • Daily yoga for all abilities, each course is influenced from different schools of yoga and other physical and energy practices

  • Breathwork and kriyas to increase energy, build core strength and heal emotional wounds

  • Meditations to integrate life experiences and reconnect you to the intimacy of your inner world

  • Specific lessons to guide your ways of being each week
