in our new 10-week Radiant Warrior Yoga course, you will learn to develop and maintain vibrant physical health, a clear, calm mind and will receive empowering lessons to guide your intentional day.

This course is for everyone - beginners as well as those with yoga experience. We'll teach a moderate hatha yoga set that everyone can do, breathwork to energize the body or calm the mind (or both!), and instinctive meditations that you'll love.

For the very first time at Yoga Farm, we will teach all aspects of the path of yoga in a very practical way. And, we'll show you flexible ways to practice these effective techniques at home - in as little as 5 minutes a day!

  • Selected Quests from the Radiance Course to guide your ways of being each week

This class is perfect for you, if you:

  • Are new to yoga, and are fairly active already
  • Have completed our Come Home to Your Body, or Beginner’s Yoga Series
  • Seek to learn an easy-yet-powerful sequence for your home practice
  • Are a Yoga Farm member, who has been coming to classes and are curious as to ‘what’s next’ on the path of yoga
  • Are in a yoga teacher training program, and wish to deepen your knowledge

What is the Tuition?

  • $250 per person
  • Reduced to $175 if you are a Yoga Farm annual member, or are in our Mindful Warrior Yoga Teacher Training

When is it?

Weekly Radiant Warrior Yoga Class meets Mondays at 5:30-6:45pm or Wednesdays at 10-11:15am - please register for the section you’ll primarily attend.

You may be able to attend the other as a makeup or additional class depending on enrollment.

  • Yoga Farm membership for 3 months - unlimited regular drop-in classes
  • Our weekend Radiance Course Retreat, Sept 29 & 30 (optional)
  • Training video of the weekly practice and manual that you can keep for future reference

About Intuitive Meditation:

We approach teaching meditation, by dispelling and debunking myths about meditation, that have incorrectly taught that meditation is about stopping the thoughts.

Everyone can meditate. We have taught hundreds of people how to experience the joy and freedom of meditation, gently and in a lighthearted way. Mindfulness practices and intuitive meditations are key tools for supporting a healthy mind.

The mind, when rested, abides in it's inherent Goodness.

About Radiant Warrior Breathwork:

You will learn breathwork which clears physical and emotional obstructions in the body. This frees the breath to enhance the flow of life energy.

Through regular and sustained practice of the Radiant Warrior breathwork you can infuse your body with vitality, your life with enthusiasm and your mind with joy.

About Radiant Warrior Yoga:

Our focus is to open, stretch, and strengthen the entire body, in as little as a half hour a day. We have selected poses that most people can practice, regardless of age or fitness, and teach them mindfully so they can be practiced safely in the studio or at home with confidence and ease.

In the process, you’ll have the opportunity to

  • Heal from physical and emotional pain
  • Deepen in present moment awareness
  • Increase connection and reverence for your body
  • Strengthen your body, correct poor posture and find relief from back pain

This course is the ‘practice’ side of our Radiant Living Curriculum, and is designed to accompany the ‘educational’ Radiance Course that follows on Monday evenings 7-9pm. We highly recommend taking both of these courses together.
