Broaden your opportunities by learning the Art of Private Yoga Sessions. Develop and learn how to teach transformational 1-on-1 sessions. Learn how these are completely different than a group class and gain specific skills to teach private sessions well.

While group classes in a gym or studio may be an excellent first step on your career path, there are other ways to earn and give.

Learn to observe, be with one student in all the facets of their experience. Transformation happens from the inside out, so you’ll practice holding space for each other in our workshop as you move and stretch and breathe in new ways.

An excellent private yoga session includes hands-on-assists and adjustments, so we will study consent and the cooperative environment you’ll cultivate as a key part of private sessions. Taking the Adjustment and Assists module is highly recommended to learn this skill well.

People learn rapidly and can transform their lives with 1-on-1 coaching and instruction. Step into expanded service with the Art of the Private Yoga Session.
