Sessions: 3 Classrooms, plus unlimited followup meditation sessions on Friday evenings at 5:15pm

Can’t make those dates? Our private meditation course is tuned to your needs and schedule, and can be done on zoom, and we also offer this 3-session course for workgroups / teams in your office (mornings, lunchtime or right after work).

In each lesson we will start with Q&A and a short educational opportunity, learn a specific skill of meditation, and Direct Experience of the power of meditation.

You will learn:

  • A life-affirming meditation practice that is matched to your body and mind

  • Breathing practices to center and ground

  • Energy activation practices inspired by the science of QiGong

  • Techniques to reduce stress and tension in your body and mind

This course also includes:

  • Meditation Manual with specific techniques to practice for 1-2 minutes a few times each day so you can learn the micro-skills of meditation for great effect in your life.

  • Unlimited classes at our school for one month

  • Access to our online library of audio and video meditations

  • Textbook: ‘Meditation Made Easy’, by Lorin Roche
