our LIVE online meditation course offered by Christopher will be offered in april from the comfort of your own home.

This course will provide both live zoom sessions for learning and practicing, and at-home instructions as we guide you step-by-step through the simple yet profound skills of meditation.

Course Details

Sessions: 4 Live Online Classrooms, Mini-Lessons and zoom replay emailed to you to practice in between the live sessions
Dates: April 23rd, 24th, 25th then a followup session on April 30th - all from 7-8:30pm
Tuition: Offer what is honest and in integrity for you during or at the end of the course (read about this and access online payment link)
In Person: If you are able to join us for Friday evening meditation happy hour at 5:15pm - 6:15pm this will enhance your ability to earn meditation (before, during or after)

In each lesson we will start with Q&A and a short educational opportunity, learn a specific skill of meditation, and have multiple mini-meditations together.

This course also includes:

Meditation mini-lessons emailed with specific techniques to practice for 1-2 minutes a few times each day so you can learn the micro-skills of meditation gradually

Each live session will be available as a zoom replay if you need to miss a session
(we recommend you be live on the calls as much as possible - note you must be on at least the first session with video ‘on’ to receive zoom replay links)
