Discover the power of healing touch
Yoga Farm is now offering massage therapy!
In an effort to expand our healing offerings to the Finger Lakes community, we are now offering the healing touch of massage therapy services onsite at our beautiful location in Lansing.
In each massage session, a trained Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) will listen to any concerns you would like to address and apply soothing, comforting, and therapeutic pressure on the body to find deep release of any stress, strain, or tension.
You are invited to come to Yoga Farm just for your massage session, or you can schedule a massage to wind down and relieve the muscles after enjoying a yoga class in our studio.

MY EXPERIENCE: "I had a fantastic experience studying human anatomy and physiology, kinesiology, and a wide variety of bodywork modalities at Finger Lakes School of Massage for seven transformative months as a full-time student in 2017. With much love and gratitude, it was during that time that I found this wonderful and precious community at Yoga Farm to join in yoga and meditation practices. I’m continuously learning and growing as a massage therapist and have been successfully working full-time in this trade since graduating school. My yoga asana practice has profoundly improved my experience living in my body, and it has also significantly informed my bodywork, allowing me to better meet my clients’ needs. There is an infinite amount of wisdom and medicinal science from all corners of the world to be known that I can integrate into my practice to be a better massage therapist. I will endlessly seek growth and positivity - that is my Soul Vow.
My bodywork is an integration of Swedish, Shiatsu, Connective Tissue Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Kinesthetic Awareness through Movement, passive and active stretching, reflexology and energy work. I have training and experience in medical massage, sports massage, prenatal massage and geriatric massage. I am dedicated to ensure each session is adjusted to treat the needs of the receiver as an individual- sometimes that means to simply help them relax and feel good, sometimes that means deeper work that is transformative. Massage is for everyone!"
MY "WHY": I want use my time Here to help as many people as I can to find awareness, balance and peace within their bodies. What an HONOR it truly is to help facilitate the human body’s ability to heal itself, and to hold space for my clients to relax and heal.
MY CONVICTION: To heal oneself is to heal the world. Peace. Magic. Love. Love! LOVE!
