This style of Chi Gung (also spelled 'QiGong') is designed to stimulate the free-flow of energy in the body, leading the student to increased energy, ease of healing, and a sense of balance and calm during the day.
Our class at Yoga Farm is accessible to students of all shapes and sizes, as the class is principally done standing up. Towards the end we will sit for a brief closing meditation which can be done in a chair or on a cushion on the floor.
