This guided program is designed for those who want to give themselves a total reset. Throughout the 30, 60 or 90 days you will practice effective and powerful Kundalini Yoga kriyas and meditations. Along with the practices, there will be videos uploaded in our facebook group community addressing specific questions and experiences. We have handpicked Sadhanas (daily practices) that are going to have a wonderful impact on your mental and physical health and on your personal growth.

Classes meet in person on Mondays at 5:30pm AND/OR Wednesdays at 10am - you can join for the month of July, August, or both…

Step by step and day by day you will reset your body, mind & spirit

  • Step 3: Reset your Energy – Awaken your whole being

  • Step 4: Expand – Sealing the effects of your efforts into an expansive state of being.

When you commit to your practice for a 90 days in a row, you are confirming a new habit of consciousness and you integrate the positive effects of your yoga & meditation practice into your psyche.

This 30, 60 or 90 days program is for you when:

Your ‘Kundalini Mind Body Spirit Reset’ consists of the following transformational Sadhanas. You can pick to only do ONE of the month long programs, or sign up for all


Body Detox (July 8th-July 29th)

Summer time is the perfect time to Detox your body. In this 30 days Sadhana you are guided towards a healthy lifestyle with a delicious Summer Detox. We do not fast or only drink juices. You can eat as much as you like, we are just going to aspire to eat super healthy and nutritious. The daily guidance will make sure your month is going to be a success and you will receive many yummy recipes. The effect of this awareness on food will be enhanced by your daily Kundalini Yoga practice. We suggest several meditations / pranayamas and Kriyas. You can choose one of them according to your available time, and what feels nourishing to your body.


Transform your Energy (August 5th-August 26th) - Awaken your whole Being

In this month long Sadhana you practice a beautiful kriya (yoga set) and meditation to awaken you to the more subtle and energetic anatomy of yourself. According to yogic anatomy as taught by Yogi Bhajan you do not just have one physical body, actually you consist of 10 bodies in total. You will learn all about your ten bodies, their properties and qualities. This will give you much insight into your your path and meeting your soul’s longing.


When: Choose from either or both weekly class options - Monday evenings from 5:30-6:45pm, Wednesday morning at 10-11:15am
You can choose July, August, or both — Each will be different and have no prerequisites
Where: Yoga Farm in Lansing
Non-member monthly tuition: $99 / 1 section per week (either Monday or Wednesday)
Member or active teacher trainee tuition: $59 / 1 month

Jeannie O’Neill teachings this course based on the science of Kundalini Yoga. You don’t need to have taken the previous course to register for this one. No prior yoga experience required.
