KUNDALINI & RESTORATIVE YOGA FOR SELF CARE WORKSHOP
Join Jeannie for an evening of Extreme Self Care: MONDAY, 10/28, 6-9 PM


This hybrid workshop begins with a gentle, and beginner friendly, Kundalini yoga set (kriya), designed to root down and rejuvenate you, shifting the old dense energy into the subtle blissful state. This practice will be followed by Restorative Yoga with energy work (Love & Light).

It is appropriate for all level students and is focused on rest and rejuvenation. This workshop is the perfect antidote for a busy life of multi-tasking and full schedules. Props are used to get comfortable in poses which are held longer, for a deeper feeling of calm.

Workshop participants will be guided through a series of poses, pranayama and kriyas intended to eliminate stress and shift trapped energy in the body. These poses promote inner peace and tranquility, improves memory, increases concentration, increases mental clarity, supports immune system function, soothes the nervous system, improves circulation and function of the lymphatic and endocrine systems, regulates blood pressure, and reduces symptoms of seasonal depression.
